Objective:
A national homebuilder, attempting to bring
buyers to their properties during a downturn in
the real estate market, asked us to develop a
radio spot buy to promote a national sales
event.
Results: MPS negotiated a 10 day radio campaign covering 40 markets
and 200 radio stations and the homebuilder saw a seven-fold increase in web
traffic and sales equal to what they normally see in a two month time period.
